Small Class Options

These classes will hold a capacity of 5 attendees giving the group a more intimate and personal experience with yoga.

Prepay for 5 sessions for $90 and save or just $22.00 for 1 class.

Private Sessions

1:1 yoga classes can be used to target the students specific needs and goals. You’ll get more focus and attention from the instructor sense it’s only you and the teacher. Great add on prior to a massage to prep the body for a healing massage. Private teachings may include hands on adjustments (optional) whether you’re looking to deepen the effectiveness of the massage therapy consider adding yoga to your session today!

30 min – $45
A quick session to focus a targeted area for relief.

1 hour – $90
Ground the body, still the mind, and connect with your breath. We explore poses and the benefits, while finding our center.

75 mins – $100
Personalized sequence for the client’s specific needs. Gentle flow, longer holdings of the pose, and meditation.
